I love the shape of this kimono style top. Believe it or not, it's from Pennys! (Primark to you and me) I had bought it ages ago but puzzled over how to wear it. Should I knot it? belt it? leave it loose?So in the end I settled for adding my mother's vintage belt to the mix.

It's a difficult one to wear, given the shape of it is so different to my other wardrobe items! I threw it over a maxi dress since I think the floaty nature of the top demands a sleek jean or tight skirt. I didn't want to go short since I rarely do. Ever since the maxi skirt came into style - I've been abusing it!
This is the top left open. I also tried tying it in a knot, which really didn't work.

Don't ask me why, but I prefer wearing bikinis to bras. I have a wealth of them floating around the house and this is my current obsession - a stripy one from at least three seasons ago. I find them more comfortable - guess this means I prefer bras with no underwire!
