Melissa Claire Egan is gearing up to return to work as Chelsea Newman on The Young and the Restless. Egan has been on maternity leave and recently gave birth to her first child, Caden on August 21. Gearing up to return to work, she wanted to make a big change and asked her social media followers, "What should I do with my hair? I realize there are way more important issues in the world right now. But I’m going back to work soon — yay! — and I want to switch it up. It’s been this way for a while, so what should I do?"
In the end, Egan decided to go with a shorter blonde-ish hairdo and we love it (see below)!
